Biography

Gary Fielder is a criminal and constitutional lawyer from Denver, Colorado. Mr. Fielder began his legal career as a deputy district attorney in the Denver Metro Area and has been in private practice since 1994. During his 22 years of practice, Mr. Fielder has conducted over 400 jury trials, which include a wide array of criminal and civil cases from 1st degree murder, medical malpractice, sexual assault, vehicular homicide and everything in between.

Mr. Fielder is authorized to practice in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit and regularly appears in Federal District Court for the District of Colorado. Gary has litigated countless cases before the Colorado Court of Appeals, and was solely instrumental in securing certain basic rights for parolees in the landmark case of Madison v. Department of Corrections–which Gary argued before the Colorado Supreme Court in 2004.
